Mileway B.V., the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, today announces that it has signed a new lease with BF Global Logistics B.V, one of the foremost logistics service providers in the Netherlands, providing a further boost to its strong customer base in the sector.

BF Global Logistics has signed a 15-year lease for a 15,000 sqm asset in Raamsdonksveer, located on the A27, one of the key motorway connections in the Netherlands. Mileway will refurbish the asset in line with BF Global Logistics’ needs, including the addition of four more dock doors in the first phase of refurbishment, which will be completed by early 2021 and will enable the company to handle a higher volume of goods in the space. Six further dock doors will be added in the second phase of the redevelopment.

The Netherlands has a strong e-commerce market, with a high proportion of online shoppers and a large number of pure-play online stores, which drives demand for logistics services and last mile logistics real estate.
