Mileway B.V., the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, today announces it has signed a new four-year lease with DHL.

This new agreement adds a further 10,000 square metres to DHL Supply Chain’s existing tenancy at Saint-Quentin Fallavier, a prime logistics area in the Lyon region in France, and further strengthens the long-term partnership between the two companies.

DHL Supply Chain, the global market leader in the logistics industry, has renewed its existing lease for two units, totalling 22,000 squares metres, in Building A at Saint-Quentin Fallavier. In addition, DHL Supply Chain has extended its lease to occupy the third unit in the property, bringing the company’s total occupancy to 32,000 square metres.

Mileway’s facility in Saint-Quentin Fallavier comprises 50.000 square metres of space across two buildings. The property provides direct access to the national railway and is close to other important national infrastructure, along the country’s critical logistics corridor.
