Paris, France, 15 October 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has agreed a new c. 8,500 sqm lease with IMC LOGISTICS in Gargenville, in the Yvelines department west of Paris, supporting the company’s continued growth in France.
IMC LOGISTICS is a subsidiary of the Chinese group Jiufang E-commerce Logistics and specialises in freight logistics and transport services between China and France. It will more than double its space at the property. IMC LOGISTICS has operated from the Gargenville property since late 2024, initially occupying 3,900 sqm. Rapid growth in its French business has created a need for significantly more space. Mileway was able to accommodate this requirement in the same building, enabling the company to more than double its footprint while maintaining operational continuity.
“A company’s real estate requirements are rarely static. Our close relationships with customers allow us to respond quickly as their businesses evolve. In Gargenville, we were able to offer IMC LOGISTICS a seamless solution within the building, supporting its continued growth,” said Charlotte Laffoucrière, Regional Director, Paris South-West at Mileway.
“Since establishing our operations in Gargenville, our business in France has grown rapidly. We needed larger premises without disrupting our operations. The solution proposed by Mileway meets both requirements and gives us the capacity to support the next step of our growth,” said Inès Ding, President of IMC LOGISTICS.
The Gargenville property is located in the immediate vicinity of the A13 motorway, public transport links and the port of Limay-Porcheville. This provides strong connectivity for IMC LOGISTICS’ distribution activities across western Île-de-France, as well as access to a well-established labour pool. The premises offer a clear height of nearly 11 metres and dock-level access, supporting efficient inbound and outbound flows and meeting the company’s storage and operational requirements. The property benefits from 100% LED lighting, and Mileway is investing further in its renovation, including plans to replace the gas boiler with a heat pump.
The lease demonstrates Mileway’s ability to respond to customers’ changing real estate requirements by combining a diverse portfolio with detailed local market and asset knowledge. This enables Mileway to provide suitable space solutions as customers’ businesses evolve, whether they need additional capacity, space to support expansion across Europe, or a more efficient configuration of their existing sites.
