Valencia, Spain – Mileway, Europe’s leading last mile logistics real estate company, has strengthened its logistics footprint in Valencia with the completion of Phase 1 of Silla Logistics Park, a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Silla.
Designed for full flexibility, Silla Logistics Park will feature up to eight units ranging from c. 2,400 to 25,000 sqm, providing scalable solutions for businesses with diverse operational needs. Phase 1 comprises 25,000 sqm across seven fully flexible modules, with the final unit expected to complete in Q1 2026, bringing the total facility to c. 33,000 sqm of logistics space.
Strategically located in the highly sought-after Silla industrial area, the Park offers direct access to Valencia’s main roads, providing easy connections to the intermodal freight station, port and Valencia International Airport. The prime location ensures businesses can efficiently reach key consumer markets across Spain and Europe.
All units are targeting BREEAM “Excellent” certification and will be fitted with LED lighting, EV charging stations and PV panels. The concrete structures will feature an 11m clear height, 29 trailer docks, 21 van docks, nine ramps and integrated office and mezzanine spaces. The flexible design allows full adaptability, enabling customers to tailor their unit to specific operational requirements, including the option for a single occupier to take up to 25,000 sqm.
