Grevenbroich, Germany – 3 September 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed a c. 14,200 sq m lease with Inter Benefit GmbH at Lilienthalstraße 9 in Grevenbroich, Germany. The new lease brings the asset to full occupancy.

Inter Benefit GmbH, which has operated in Germany since 2017, specialises in the storage and transhipment of industrial and high-tech products serving international markets, will use the premises for e-commerce storage and fulfilment-related warehouse operations. The facility offers flexible warehouse space, loading infrastructure and strong regional connectivity in one of Germany’s most important logistics corridors.

Located between Düsseldorf, Cologne and the Ruhr Area, the strategic asset provides excellent access to major consumer and business markets across the Rhine-Ruhr region, as well as connections towards the Netherlands, Belgium and wider European transport routes. The location supports both domestic distribution and cross-border logistics flows, making it well suited to e-commerce-led storage and distribution requirements.

The property features 16 loading docks, one ground-level gate, a clear height of approximately 6.90 meters, and extensive yard and maneuvering areas to support efficient goods handling.

The lease reflects continued strong occupier demand for flexible, well-located last-mile logistics space in established German logistics locations.
