Babenhausen, Germany – 21 September 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed a lease with ZXD Global GmbH for approximately 3,000 sq m of warehouse space at Ostheimer Weg 3–7 in Babenhausen, Hesse. The letting provides the company with an operational base in the wider Frankfurt Rhine-Main region, where limited supply continues to drive demand for well-connected logistics space.

Based in Dreieich, ZXD Global provides warehousing and logistics services and operates an e-commerce business. From Babenhausen, it will support the online distribution of a wide range of consumer goods, including clothing, household products, electronics, office supplies, and cosmetics. The new location offers a flexible base for storage and distribution while strengthening the company’s presence in the Frankfurt region.

The property is connected to the A3 motorway via the B26, with Frankfurt Airport approximately 40 km away. Regular rail services from Babenhausen to Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Aschaffenburg and Dieburg provide convenient access for employees and business partners.

The warehouse offers two access points, a clear height of approximately 5.5 metres and ample parking for cars and trucks, supporting efficient goods handling, vehicle movements and flexible storage.
