Amersfoort, Netherlands, 23 September 2026 — Mileway, Europe’s largest last-mile logistics real estate provider, has signed a long-term lease with E-Freight Forwarding, a fast-growing logistics service provider specializing in forwarding and fulfillment for e-commerce companies. The agreement covers approximately 20,000 m² of logistics and office space at Vanadiumweg in Amersfoort, marking one of the largest leases in the area in recent years.

The new location at Vanadiumweg gives E-Freight the space to further scale its end-to-end logistics services for e-commerce companies, from sea and air freight, including from China, to customs clearance, storage, fulfilment and distribution within Europe. With approximately 20,000 m² of logistics space, the site marks an important next step in E-Freight’s continued growth.

Mileway has recently completed an extensive refurbishment programme to bring the building in line with modern last-mile requirements. Enclosed office floors have been transformed into an open mezzanine with direct access to the warehouse, creating a flexible, integrated workspace that benefits from abundant natural light through newly installed roof lights.
