Copenhagen, Denmark – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has completed a major renovation of Rørgangen 1, a c. 30,000 sqm logistics facility in one of Denmark’s most sought-after logistics hubs. The upgraded property is now available to lease.

The refurbishment aims to enhance the asset’s efficiency and performance, with upgrades including full replacement of indoor and outdoor lighting with energy-efficient LED systems, along with major improvements to technical installations. A key focus is the transition from gas heating to energy-efficient heat pumps, significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Additional enhancements include upgraded cooling and sprinkler systems, improved smoke ventilation, and updated CTS control systems – all essential for modern logistics operations. The servicing of automatic doors and hydraulic ramps will improve site accessibility and efficiency.

“Modern and energy-efficient logistics facilities play an increasingly important role in meeting our customers’ evolving needs. This is why we are continuously investing in our portfolio, ensuring our properties combine functionality with environmental performance to support our customers’ growth, and contribute to a more sustainable, resilient future,” said Thomas Lauritsen, Mileway Country Director Denmark and Finland.

The asset is now available to let, offering flexible layout options. The office space can be tailored to meet specific needs, and the warehouse can be sub-divided into two independent units.
