Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a long-term lease with Dmissi Electro B.V. at the strategically located Oude Meer business park. 

The 5,000 sqm warehouse and office space at Breguetlaan will support Dmissi Electro’s mission to expand and reinforce the electricity grid across North Holland. The 3,600 sqm warehouse will function as a storage and distribution hub for engineering parts, ensuring efficient grid infrastructure deployment. 

Dmissi Electro, a specialist in electrical and electronic manufacturing, plays a key role in advancing sustainable energy solutions across the Netherlands. Its latest project supports the municipality of Haarlemmermeer in expanding its electricity network, integrating renewable energy sources to power multiple data centers and meet the growing energy needs of local communities. 

Situated in the Randstad region, the property’s strategic location enhances last mile efficiency, providing seamless access to: Schiphol Airport, Hoofddorp (Haarlemmermeer’s main town), Nieuw-Vennep and Badhoevedorp. 

Excellent connectivity via the N201/N232 and A4/A9 motorways, along with multiple public transport links, further strengthens its accessibility. 

Property features include LED lighting throughout the warehouse, a new ceiling system with LED lighting in office spaces, overhead doors for efficient logistics operations and ample parking facilities.
