-The c. 26,700 sqm warehouse will remain one of Skanlog’s key Stockholm distribution centres  

Stockholm, Sweden – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has agreed a lease renewal with leading Nordic logistics specialist Skanlog AB for its c. 26,700 sqm Jordbromalm 6:3 warehouse.  

To increase operational efficiency and substantial cost savings for Skanlog, Mileway will implement various energy-efficiency upgrades to the asset, including a new roof, LED lighting, and a modern ventilation system.  

Jordbromalm 6:3 is situated in the Jordbro Industrial Area, one of the region’s largest and most dynamic business hubs 25 kms south of central Stockholm. The diverse mix of industrial, logistics, and commercial businesses that operate in the area benefit from excellent connectivity and transport links, including Highway 73 and railway connections. In addition to the strategic location, the area offers multiple local amenities including restaurants, gyms, and retail options.
