Amsterdam, 16 June 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company has signed long-term leases with two well-established occupiers for a combined c. 17,000 m² of logistics space in ’s-Heerenberg. The leases cover properties at Weteringstraat and Immenhorst and will support both businesses as they expand their distribution networks across the Netherlands.

’s-Heerenberg is an important logistics hub in the eastern Netherlands, thanks to its strategic location near the German border and excellent connectivity to major transport routes. With efficient access to regional and international markets, it is an attractive base for logistics and distribution businesses. Excellent motorway connections and cross-border infrastructure also support smooth last-mile delivery and wider supply chain operations.

Tiemex & Stefco has taken a lease on c. 13,500 sq m of logistics space at Immenhorst. Mileway has carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the facility, including internal and external redecoration, the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, and the replacement of loading doors, dock levellers and shelters. The building complements Tiemex & Stefco’s existing regional footprint, which includes its headquarters in Zevenaar and a second site in Andelst, underlining the business’s commitment to supporting growth in the area.

Separately, Helcosol has leased c. 3,500 sq m at Weteringstraat. Mileway has also recently invested in the property, including external improvements and the introduction of energy-efficient LED lighting. Helcosol manufactures high-quality, durable parasol bases and is part of the Hollarts Plastic Group, a business with strong local roots and a positive presence in the ’s-Heerenberg market. From the site, Helcosol will run its full production operation using a modernised machinery park, which it describes as a significant investment and a major step up in quality.

“This investment is aimed not only at increasing efficiency but also at improving the sustainability of our production processes to support future growth,” said Arthur Goud, Operational Director at Hollarts.

Wouter Dijkman, Country Director of Mileway Netherlands said: “We are delighted to welcome Timex & Stefco and Helcosol to our ’s-Heerenberg portfolio. These agreements underline the strength of this location near the eastern border with Germany. Our recent investments have upgraded both properties by improving their energy efficiency and functionality, supporting the operations and growth of our customers.”

JLL and Cushman & Wakefield have respectively advised Mileway on the transactions for Immenhorst and Weteringstraat.
