Valencia, Spain – 19 February 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed Franuí on a long-term lease as the first tenant at Silla Logistics Park in Valencia. The well-known Argentinian brand, which specialises in frozen raspberries coated in chocolate, has secured a unit of approximately 3,600 sq m, making an important milestone for Mileway’s latest development in the region.

Developed and managed by Mileway, on behalf of opportunistic funds managed by Blackstone, Silla Logistics Park is a next-generation logistics scheme in the prime Silla industrial area of Valencia. The development offers flexible and modern space with strong sustainability credentials and provides excellent access to Valencia’s key transport infrastructure, including the city’s main road network, seaport and international airport, supporting distribution across Spain and wider European markets.

Silla Logistics Park’s location was a key factor to Franuí’s decision to partner with Mileway. The company operates a production facility in nearby Alcàsser, just minutes from the park, and the new unit will serve as its first European logistics hub dedicated to frozen products. With capacity for up to 3,500 pallets, the facility will enable sustainable and efficient distribution to more than 40 countries across Europe. The move will allow Franuí to centralise and optimise its cold-chain operations, strengthening its international distribution network from a strategic base in Spain.

The leased unit forms part of Silla Logistics Park’s first phase and has been designed to support Franuí’s operational requirements. It includes loading docks for both vans and articulated lorries, 11 metres of clear height and access ramps, enabling efficient handling and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.

Commenting on the lease, Guillermo Ravell, Country Director for Spain and Portugal at Mileway, said: “Franuí’s arrival at Silla Logistics Park reflects the strong demand for high-quality logistics space in strategic locations. It also reinforces Valencia’s growing role as a key European distribution hub and highlights Mileway’s commitment to supporting our customers’ growth through well-located, future-ready logistics assets.”

Leticia Fenoglio, CEO and founder of Franuí, added: “This agreement with Mileway is an important step in Franuí’s European expansion. Operating from Valencia allows us to be close to our production facility while benefiting from excellent connectivity and infrastructure, enabling us to serve our customers across Europe more efficiently.”

Silla Logistics Park will ultimately deliver approximately 33,000 sq m of flexible logistics space across multiple units, all targeting BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Franuí’s arrival signals the start of operational activity at the development and reinforces the park’s position as a modern, sustainable new logistics hub supporting business growth in the Valencia region.
