Amsterdam, Netherlands – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company signed a long-term lease agreement with Profimaat, a building supplies wholesaler, for approximately 3,300 sq m of warehouse and office space at Gyroscoopweg in Amsterdam. Profimaat is moving from their former premises within Amsterdam to this new, strategically located facility.

The property at Gyroscoopweg is situated in the logistics triangle of the Westpoort area in Amsterdam West, offering excellent connectivity with the A5 and A10 motorways just 500 meters away. This location is part of the Vervoerscentrum Amsterdam, a hub that hosts a diverse range of companies, including multinational and specialized businesses, making it an ideal environment for wholesale and logistics operations.

The warehouse comprises around 3,000 sq m of functional storage space and 300 sq m office facilities. It features 4 loading docks and 58 cross-dock doors, enabling efficient handling and distribution of goods. Additionally, the building features a dedicated showroom area designed to support Profimaat’s business-to-business (B2B) customer engagement and sales activities.

A generous outdoor area provides ample parking and manoeuvring space, further enhancing operational efficiency. Profimaat has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment of the office space, creating a modern and highly functional working environment.
