Malmö, Sweden: Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, is supporting the continued growth of its long-term customer, PWS Nordic AB, by providing an additional 4,100 sqm of warehouse and office space at Bjurö 12, Malmö – bringing the company’s total leased area at the site to c. 11,500 sqm. 

This expansion strengthens PWS Nordic’s supply chain, reducing transport distances and delivery times while supporting its commitment to efficient, sustainable operations across the region. The company delivers advanced waste-management and recycling systems designed for Nordic conditions and to high sustainability standards. With production facilities across Europe, PWS Nordic manufactures close to market and distributes through its central warehouse in Sweden. 

Strategically located in Östra Hamnen, one of Malmö’s most established logistics and commercial districts, and just three kilometres from the city centre, the asset enables efficient distribution across southern Sweden and the wider Nordic region, linking PWS Nordic’s manufacturing operations in continental Europe directly to its diverse customer base. It also provides direct access to key routes including Västkustvägen, the Inner Ring Road and other key road networks. 

The newly leased unit has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, including new LED lighting, loading doors, upgraded shared areas and a new entrance and kitchen, in addition to a paved yard area with ample parking.
