Tim Beaudin

Chief Executive Officer

Tim Beaudin a plus de 40 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier aussi bien aux États-Unis qu’en Europe. Encore récemment, Tim occupait le poste de président puis de PDG chez P3 Logistics Parks. Auparavant, il a occupé les postes de président et de PDG chez IndCor Properties, une société ayant appartenue au portefeuille logistique de Blackstone, et a occupé divers autres postes de direction dans les secteurs de l’immobilier et des services financiers. Tim a également été consultant senior auprès de Link Logistics et LivCor, deux sociétés du portefeuille immobilier de Blackstone.

Thomas ten Bokum

Chief Real Estate Officer

Thomas ten Bokum a 20 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier, dont plus de 10 dans le secteur de la logistique. Entré chez Mileway en octobre 2019, il a auparavant occupé pendant 11 ans différents postes chez Prologis, le plus récent étant celui de vice-président senior, directeur des opérations Europe, dans lequel il supervisait la gestion des actifs de l’entreprise dans 12 pays. Avant de rejoindre Prologis, Thomas ten Bokum a travaillé comme analyste d’investissement et gestionnaire d’actifs chez Sweco Capital Consultants.

Panayot Vasilev

Chief Financial Officer

Panayot Vasilev possède plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine financier, dont 14 dans le secteur immobilier. Avant de rejoindre Mileway, il a été pendant 4 ans (à partir de 2016) directeur général et directeur financier Blackstone Real Estate Europe. Auparavant chez GE pendant 15 années (en France, aux États-Unis et au Royaume-Uni), il a travaillé plus de 10 ans chez GE Capital Real Estate où son dernier poste était celui de directeur financier Europe.
