Sheffield, UK – 5 May, 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed a 10-year lease with Padel Bonito at City 7in Sheffield. The padel operator has taken the entire, fully refurbished c. 60,000 sq ft property and will transform it into Sheffield’s largest padel centre.
Located in Sheffield’s established industrial heartland, City 7, which is owned by opportunistic funds managed by Blackstone, is well positioned to serve the city and wider Yorkshire region, offering convenient access to key arterial routes across Sheffield via the A57 Sheffield Parkway and Junction 33 of the M1 motorway, providing strong connectivity to Sheffield’s urban population and surrounding catchment.
City 7, Sheffield is a high-quality, flexible building designed to accommodate a range of uses as occupier requirements evolve. The recent refurbishment has enabled the building to support a new use that responds directly to changing local demand. Padel Bonito will now commence fit-out works to create the city’s largest padel centre, bringing a complementary amenity use to the area.
