Milan, Italy – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has facilitated a 12-year lease deal with Morlando Group SRL, an Italian manufacturer of tanks for helium, refrigerant and technical gases. 

Casandrino 2 is a c.1,300 sqm warehouse and office space located just 15km from the centre of Naples with convenient access to the A1 Milan-Naples motorway. It will be used as a storage facility and logistics centre for Morlando Group’s wide variety of local and national customers.  

The layout of the asset is easily adaptable to meet the unique and evolving needs of the business’s logistics operations. It features four loading bays and a spacious private yard, as well as refurbished office space following significant renovations in 2020.
