Frankfurt, GermanyMileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a three-year lease agreement with WUM Brand Spaces GmbH & Co. KG. WUM Brand Spaces has been active worldwide since 1963 as a company specialising in exhibition construction and brand communication, primarily serving the German medium-sized business sector from Aschaffenburg. 

From September 2024, WUM Brand Spaces GmbH & Co. KG will occupy the c.5,400 sq m office, warehouse and showroom space in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria. With the company’s steady expansion, the property’s strategic location will bring it closer to clients and enable the consolidation of storage and manufacturing functions. The last mile property is within ten minutes of the city centre and has good connections to the A3 motorway and the cities of Frankfurt (30 minutes) and Würzburg (50 minutes), enabling sustainable, consistent growth.
