Mileway, the leading pan-European last-mile logistics real estate company, have announced the appointment of Andrew Jones and Aymeric Canivenc as Co-Heads of Real Estate, effective 1 January 2026. Their appointments follow the decision by Thomas ten Bokum, Chief Real Estate Officer, to step down at the end of this year. With the business in a strong position, he has chosen to take an extended break and spend more time with his family.

In their new roles, Andrew will continue to focus on the UK & Ireland while Aymeric will oversee real estate operations across continental Europe. Together, they will play a key role in shaping Mileway’s asset management strategy.

Andrew Jones has been with Mileway since 2020 and currently serves as Managing Director for the UK & Ireland. Andrew has extensive experience in logistics real estate having previously held senior roles at Hansteen and Ashtenne. His deep knowledge of the last-mile logistics sector and of Mileway’s UK portfolio (totalling 4.5 million square metres) positions him strongly to co-lead the real estate function.

Aymeric Canivenc has served as Mileway’s Country Director for France since 2022, leading the company’s French last-mile logistics portfolio and building nationwide capabilities to support the company’s growth. He brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to his new position, including his tenure as Head of Property Management France at CBRE where he oversaw property management operations and its third-party asset management business.

David McClure, Mileway’s CEO, commented:

“We are delighted to appoint Andrew and Aymeric as Co-Heads of Real Estate. Both have been instrumental in strengthening our presence in two of our most strategic markets and in shaping a strong, collaborative culture across the business. Their promotions reflect our commitment to growing talent from within, and we look forward to seeing them lead Mileway’s Real Estate function.”

He added:

“Since Mileway was founded in 2019, Thomas has played a pivotal role in shaping the company and his leadership has been instrumental in positioning the company for long-term success. We are deeply grateful for his many contributions and wish him every success in his future endeavours.”

Andrew Jones said: “I’m honoured to step into this role alongside Aymeric to help shape Mileway’s next chapter.”

Aymeric Canivenc added: “I’m delighted to take on this new responsibility and I look forward to working with Andrew, and the wider team, to continue building Mileway’s market-leading platform.”
