Mileway, the leading pan-European last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed a 10-year lease with Hellmut Springer, an automotive parts wholesaler and specialist in industrial technology systems, for a comprehensive commercial space in Bremen.
Hellmut Springer will lease c.6,700 sqm, which includes warehouse and office space, as well as onsite parking facilities.
Located at Scipiostraße 3 in Bremen’s popular Habenhausen district, the facility benefits from excellent last-mile accessibility, with proximity to Bremen Airport, and convenient public transportation access. The property will be used as a storage and distribution facility in one of Germany’s most important business and logistics locations.
Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate acted as the intermediary in the contract agreement.
