Tim Beaudin

Chief Executive Officer

Tim has more than 40 years of real estate experience in both the US and Europe. Most recently, Tim was CEO, and before that, Chairman, of P3 Logistics Parks. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of IndCor Properties, a former Blackstone logistics portfolio company and held various other senior positions across the real estate and financial services sectors. Tim has also served as a senior advisor to Link Logistics and LivCor, two Blackstone real estate portfolio companies.

Thomas ten Bokum

Chief Real Estate Officer

Thomas has 20 years experience in real estate, with more than a decade in the logistics sector. Prior to joining Mileway in October 2019, he worked at Prologis for 11 years in a number of roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations Europe, where he oversaw the company's asset management in 12 countries. Before this, Thomas worked as an investment analyst and asset manager at Sweco Capital Consultants.

Panayot Vasilev

Chief Financial Officer

Panayot has over 20 years of finance experience, including 14 years within real estate. Prior to Mileway, he served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Blackstone Real Estate Europe for 4 years. Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Panayot had a 15-year career with GE in France, the US and the UK, including over a decade at GE Capital Real Estate where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Europe.
