Gothenburg, Sweden – June 4, 2026 – Mileway, Europe’s leading last mile logistics real estate company, has renewed a lease agreement with Captech AB, one of the Nordics’ largest distributors of IT and technology products, further strengthening the long-term collaboration between the two companies.

The renewal, agreed nearly two years ahead of the expiry of the existing lease, secures Captech’s continued presence at a strategically located logistics property.

Balltorp 1:223 is situated in a well-connected urban logistics area, with direct access to the key transport routes E6/E20, making it suited to efficient last-mile distribution across one of Sweden’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions. It offers modern premises in excellent condition with 11 metres of clear height.

The facility is closely tailored to Captech’s operational requirements and includes an advanced OSR Shuttle Warehouse System by KNAPP. By remaining at the existing premises, Captech can continue to grow its business without disruption while avoiding significant relocation costs.
