Amsterdam, the Netherlands: Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has agreed a lease in Helmond, North Brabant with HMG Bedtextiel, a Dutch importer and exporter of textile products with a 25-year heritage.

The company has taken occupancy of a c. 4,500 sqm unit at Graandijk 1, the 15,225 sqm multifunctional logistics complex, comprising logistics, warehouse and office space. Located on business park ‘BZOB’, one of the largest in the region, Graandijk 1 features more than 20 loading bays, four overhead doors and spacious outdoor areas. Following significant upgrades in 2023/2024, features include a newly painted façade, new dock shelters, an overlayed roof and full LED lighting with motion sensors.

“As one of Benelux’s largest producers, importers and exporters of textile products, location was of prime importance to HMG Bedtextiel. The team wanted easy access to key transport links as well as a sizeable space for storage. The mixed-use property is strategically located near several local and regional road connections at the N279 motorway exit to the A67 and N266.
