– Arco Spedizioni, one of Italy’s leading Italian logistics providers, has renewed its lease agreements at properties in Azzano San Paolo and Lughignano for an additional seven years  

Milan, Italy – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, announces its long-standing customer, Arco Spedizioni has renewed long-term lease agreements for two strategically located logistics assets in Northern Italy.  

The renewed leases cover a combined footprint of c. 10,300 sqm and play a critical role in Arco Spedizioni’s national and international distribution network. Arco Spedizione operates six Mileway-managed properties across Northern and Central Italy. 

The first renewal is for a c. 1,800 sqm property in Azzano San Paolo, near Bergamo in Greater Milan. Arco Spedizioni has been operational at this site since 2013, and it is one of the company’s most strategic locations due to its proximity to the A4 motorway, one of Italy’s main transport corridors. Following a strong and productive partnership, the company has now agreed to a new seven-year lease. 

The second lease renewal is a c. 8,500 sqm cross-dock logistics facility in Lughignano, in the province of Treviso, which also includes office space. Strategically positioned between Venice and Treviso, the asset serves as one of Arco Spedizioni’s main logistics hubs in northeastern Italy. Originally leased in 2019, the company has now extended its commitment for a further seven years.
