Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a ten-year lease agreement with NG Terminal Limited for c. 19,500 sq ft at Summit Centre, Heathrow.

With the refurbishment and letting of Unit 1, the six-unit property has reached full occupancy, underscoring its prime location within the coveted last mile and desirable features. These include a large, secure yard, ample parking spaces, 6m clear eaves height and front and rear loading doors.

Located directly to the North of Heathrow Airport, Summit Centre provides direct access to the Cargo Terminal and Terminals 1-3 and 5. By road it is served by the M25 and M4, as well as passenger and cargo rail terminals.

NG Terminal is a growing logistics and freight forwarding company providing last mile delivery across the UK, EU and globe. Its move to Summit Centre signifies the latest development in its expansion.
