Amsterdam, the Netherlands: Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed two new lease agreements with Vegro and MediReva, providers of medical equipment and care aids that improve people’s quality of life.  

The companies are consolidating their premises, with the new leases comprising c. 5,800 sqm of warehouse and office space for equipment storage and distribution, as well as for cleaning and repairs. 

Both leases were secured off-market, highlighting the strategic location of the property in the heart of the Vossenbeemd business district. Four kilometres from central Helmond and 25 kilometres from Eindhoven, with easy access to the N270 motorway, Vossenbeemd is a key logistics hub and a headquarters for many businesses, in part due to the growing number of smart cities and neighbourhoods in the region.  

Property features include EV charging stations, parking spaces for more than 50 vehicles, bicycle parking facilities, LED lighting and a large outdoor space.
