The property provides high-specification features and facilities, including a ceiling height of 7.5 metres, 17 loading docks, two ground-level gates and a flexible layout. It also includes an office mezzanine, staff amenities and a large exterior yard for manoeuvring heavy vehicles and managing logistics flows.
This lease agreement further strengthens Mileway’s Nordic portfolio, which comprises a large network of well-located assets across Denmark – including in and around Copenhagen, Odense and the Triangle Region – as well as across Sweden and Finland.
