Tilburg, Netherlands – Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate company, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Borek Parasols | Outdoor Furniture for approximately 9,000 sq m of warehouse and office space in Tilburg.

The standalone property comprises c. 8,000 sq m of warehouse and c. 1,000 sq m of office space. Supported by 11 loading docks and three overhead doors, the building will serve as Borek’s central logistics hub for the storage and distribution of its outdoor furniture collections.

Founded in 1977, Borek has established itself as the leading high-end brand in sustainable outdoor furniture, recognised for its distinctive understated and elegant design. Alongside Borek, the company operates the brands Max & Luuk and YOI and serves customers worldwide through its network of showrooms and partners.

The region continues to play an important role in supporting logistics and distribution activities serving both the Dutch and wider European markets. Additionally, the site is located just a 30-minute drive from Eindhoven Airport and approximately 15 minutes from Oisterwijk, where Borek’s flagship showroom is based.
