Kungsbacka, Sweden – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a long-term lease with gop Sverige AB for c. 5,700 sqm of warehouse and office space at Varla 2:414 in Hede, Kungsbacka.
Headquartered in Kungsbacka, with operations in Stockholm, Oslo and Sorø, the new site will support the company’s continued growth and expansion across Scandinavia. Its strategic location provides quick access to the major transport links E20/E6 and E45, just 25 minutes south of Gothenburg.
The new facility provides modern and efficient logistics space, including an open warehouse with nine metres clear height, four loading docks, a ground-level door, mezzanine storage and high-quality office space. Additional enhancements to the site include a widened entrance, ramp and fire door, fenced loading yard and LED lighting.
