In 2022, we began our UK partnership with the social mobility charity, The Brokerage, to help drive positive change in the workplace. We are committed to strengthening our inclusive and diverse company culture by providing youth consultancy, reverse mentorship, and training for our team through The Brokerage.

Each year, for ten weeks across our UK offices, we host a group of exceptional interns and work experience students from less-advantaged backgrounds to learn about the world of commercial real estate and the career opportunities this exciting sector presents. In addition, we regularly attend recruitment fairs and host seminars to share insights with The Brokerage’s network on Real Estate as a career choice and to help develop crucial skills in the sector.

We are proud to be the first property company in the UK to partner with The Brokerage – initially in our London City office and now across our offices in Cardiff, Solihull, Warrington and Glasgow.
