Helsingborg, Sweden – Mileway, Europe’s leading last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a long-term lease agreement with GDL AB, an international third-party logistics (3PL) provider, for approximately 7,500 sqm of high-quality warehouse and office space at Ättehögen Östra 3 in Helsingborg.
Strategically located in the vibrant Ättekulla industrial area, just 7 kilometres south of central Helsingborg, the property offers direct access to the E4 and E6 motorways, providing excellent connectivity for logistics operations. The asset features flexible logistics facilities including generous yard areas, cold storage capabilities within a secure, fenced environment with ample parking and a large manoeuvring area.
GDL AB, known for delivering end-to-end logistics solutions across transport, warehousing, and supply chain management, will use the space to support the handling of a broad mix of products. The facility includes c. 6,300 sqm of terminal space and c. 1,150 sqm of office space, designed to accommodate operations across three different temperature zones.

The property has recently undergone several upgrades, including new loading doors, a freshly painted facade, new energy-efficient LED lighting, and an upgraded office ventilation system, reinforcing Mileway’s commitment to ensuring facilities are well-equipped for specialised logistics operations.
