Warrington, England – Mileway, a leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has completed two long-term lease agreements with Midon Logistics Ltd in Warrington and HTC Group Ltd in Runcorn, with the support of B8 Real Estate (B8RE).

Strategically located at the intersection of the M56 and M6 (J20) motorways, 3D Warrington South is the new headquarters of Midon Logistics, a global logistics service provider that stores, manages and distributes products to customers around the world. To facilitate the company’s continued expansion, the newly renovated c. 25,000 sq ft unit at the Warrington South Distribution Park features an integrated office area, large concrete yard and secure perimeter with a gated entrance.

In the distribution hub and cargo port town of Runcorn, HTC Group Ltd has taken occupancy of Fairoak 43, a modern unit in the Whitehouse Vale Industrial Estate. Accessible via Northwich Road (A533) and Chester Road (A56), adjacent to the M56 (served by Junction 11 and 12) and several public transport links, the household electrical goods wholesaler is using the over 43,000 sq ft logistics and office space as its base to supply customers across the UK and beyond.

“We are proud to provide premium logistics real estate in the dynamic and vibrant North West region – a prime business location with its excellent transport links, skilled workforce, competitive operational costs and supportive business environment.

We look forward to seeing our customers’ continued success as they expand and contribute to the region’s economic growth,” said Andrew Jones, Mileway Managing Director UK & Ireland.

“It’s fantastic to see both leases complete. These transactions demonstrate the strong demand for good quality spaces in prime locations. Both timely lettings highlight the market’s resilience and the value of well-positioned properties,” said Alex Perratt, Associate Director at B8RE.
