Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, today announces the creation of new roles and several promotions within its Asset Management Leadership Team (“ALT”).

Reflecting both the growth of the portfolio since Mileway’s launch in September 2019 and the broader evolution of the business, the title of Thomas ten Bokum, who heads up the ALT, will change from Head of Investment and Portfolio Management to Chief Real Estate Officer.

Mileway will create three new Managing Director roles and will make promotions to Country Director and a Head of Property Management Europe roles.

Philip Cridge will be appointed Managing Director, UK and Ireland, having previously served as Country Director UK.

Tomas Beck will be appointed Managing Director Nordics, with responsibility for Sweden, Denmark and Finland, having previously served as Country Director Nordics.

Mario Costa will be appointed Managing Director Southern Europe, with responsibility for France, Italy and Spain, having previously served as Country Director Italy.

Mileway will make three promotions to Country Director in the Nordics, including Jacob Goldmann as Country Director Sweden, Thomas Lauritsen as Country Director Denmark and Timo Simolin as Country Director Finland.

Wouter Dijkman will be promoted to Country Director Netherlands, having previously served as Portfolio Manager Netherlands.

Michele Lodigiani will be promoted to Country Director Italy, having previously served as Regional Manager Italy, and will continue to support Mario Costa. Also reporting to Mario Costa is the newly appointed Country Director for France, Aymeric Canivenc, and Guillermo Ravell, whose role expands to include oversight of Mileway’s managed portfolio in Portugal as Country Director for Spain and Portugal.

Andrew Smith will be promoted to the newly created role of Head of Property Management Europe, reflecting the company’s continued focus on customer service.
