Situated in the heart of one of Sheffield’s key logistics hubs, the property offers immediate access to Sheffield Parkway, the A57 and M1 Motorway, as well as direct routes into Sheffield city centre.

The facility provides eaves height of 10.8 metres, dual elevation loading with two separate yards, multiple loading doors, LED-lit and fully refurbished office space, and a separate staff entrance linking parking to reception and office facilities. Externally, the secure, self-contained site offers two dedicated loading yards and generous parking provision.

4S Distribution, a major third-party logistics provider in Yorkshire, will use the space to support business expansion following new contract wins.
