Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a new lease with Topgeschenken Nederland B.V., the premier Dutch e-commerce specialist behind Topbloemen.nl, Topbloemen.be, Toptaarten.nl, Topfruit.nl and Topgeschenken.nl. 

To support its rapid growth and enhance efficiency, Topgeschenken has opened its third distribution centre in North Brabant, complementing its additional facilities in Nieuwegein and Apeldoorn. Strategically located in Helmond, near Eindhoven and the N270 motorway, its new 1,700 sqm Vossenbeemd site will optimise consumer deliveries – including same-day service – and manage a significant share of its flower orders in-house.  

Now fully operational, the property features a 1,000 sqm LED-lit warehouse, 700 sqm of office space and extensive outdoor amenities including more than 30 parking spaces, EV charging stations and bicycle parking.
