Bad Schoenborn, Germany – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a long-term lease agreement with a local transport company at Ewald-Renz-Strasse 1.
The multi-tenant business park is located in Bad Schoenborn, between Mannheim and Bruchsal, in the northern Karlsruhe district of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The strategic location provides direct access to the A5 motorway (Kronau exit).
The business park comprises c. 9,500 sqm of rental space and is almost fully let, with tenants
spanning diverse sectors including metal construction, chemicals, and marketing and media businesses. By the end of 2024, the business will take occupancy of more than 5,000 sqm of hall space in the park for the storage of spare parts.

The consultancy firm Master Immobilien (Frankfurt) acted as an intermediary on behalf of the tenant.
