Berlin, Germany: Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has signed a four-year lease agreement with Transport Team Mannheim (TTM), a German freight forwarder and logistics company that provides in-house logistics services and strategy development. The deal will see TTM take occupancy of Queiser Ring 13, a c.5,500 sqm refurbished warehouse and office space in Queis, Landsberg.

Queiser Ring 13 is strategically located with direct access to the A14 motorway connecting Leipzig with Halle in central Germany. Its features include a hall height of 12,5 metres, a load-bearing capacity of over 5t/sqm, enhanced fire protection features and full LED lighting.

Specialists in services for the pharmaceutical industry, retail and supermarket chains, TTM was founded 30 years ago in Mannheim, the cultural and economic centre of the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region. A longstanding Mileway customer, the company previously occupied a 2,000 sqm section of the property but is now the sole occupier following significant refurbishment works that have increased the size of the space.

Queiser Ring 13 is TTM’s fourth location in Leipzig / Halle and will house 60 employees from its 180-person workforce.

“At our fourth new location, we are expanding our pallet spaces by 3,000 to a total of 18,000.
