Madrid, Spain – Mileway, the leading pan-European last mile logistics real estate company, has agreed a long-term lease for a c. 9,500 sqm warehouse in Valdemoro, greater Madrid, with end-to-end logistics specialist Eralogistics.
The asset recently underwent a significant refurbishment and was successfully leased prior to completion. The fully renovated space includes an 8,000 sqm warehouse with ten loading docks and a level access gate, 1,200 sqm of office space with locker rooms and c. 100 parking spaces.
Less than 30 km from Madrid, Valdemoro is in a prime last-mile location, with excellent access to national motorways, including the A4 axis connecting Madrid and the rest of Spain to the ports of Seville and Algeciras. This strategic position will enable Eralogistics to strengthen its supply chain and serve customers more efficiently and sustainably.
