Jacob Goldmann
Country Director
Jacob Goldmann has over a decade of experience in real estate and investment management. Prior to joining Mileway, Jacob served as Vice President at Round Hill Capital where he co-led new acquisitions and asset management for the logistics & light industrial platform in the Nordics. Previously, he was the primary Asset Manager at AXA for the Nordics region and also worked as both an Investment Manager and Asset Manager at Unibail-Rodamco. Jacob initially joined Mileway as a Senior Asset Manager before becoming a Regional Manager, based in Stockholm.
Tomas Beck
Managing Director Nordics
Mr. Beck brings 20 years of broad international real estate experience, having worked both as an advisor and on the principal side. Before Mileway, Tomas led the Nordic business at the ASX-listed investment manager Cromwell Property Group. Prior to that, he oversaw the real estate portfolio at First Swedish National Pension Fund, AP1, and has held leading roles with Norwegian insurance group Storebrand and GE Real Estate. Tomas began his career with DTZ.
