A booming e-commerce market
Online sales represent only 10% of total sales in the country today and this figure is expected to grow to 30% by 2026. Last mile real estate requirements from e-commerce and third party logistics providers will only increase and we’re here to meet that demand.

We are present in Sweden’s three main cities: Greater Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, as well as smaller communities. Today, we have more than 100 assets across the country and our reach will continue to grow so that we remain close to our customers and the communities they serve.

Located in one of Sweden's largest university cities, in close proximity to both Stockholm and Arlanda Airport, this property is a great example of one of our prime locations. At 27 000 sqm, it is also one of our larger properties.
Situated right in the south of Sweden, this facility is strategically placed at the intersection of national road 40 and the E4 highway that connects Sweden’s three largest cities. This property is a good example of our presence at major transport junctures.
