Mr. Cridge has 17 years experience in industrial and logistics real estate. Prior to joining Mileway in October 2019, Philip served as Head of UK (Onyx) at M7 Real Estate and also spent 10 years at InfraRed Capital Partners as Investment Director, where he oversaw the asset and investment management of its pan-European industrial and logistics holdings. He began his career at DTZ where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
